VINELink is designed for status awareness, so it does not reproduce a complete booking sheet, sentence computation, or court file. Field availability can vary with the source. Read each value in the context of the reporting agency.

Out of Custody means the reporting custody record has changed. It does not prove that all holds ended, the charge was dismissed, supervision ended, or the person returned to the community. A transfer can close one custody event while another begins. Preserve the status time and agency, then verify the destination.
